However, for the rest of us with day jobs, it would be nice to know just how Google does what they say they do. Maybe not everything, but “Will a hidden textbox containing variables in layer2 be indexed higher than my content in layer 1 (below layer 2)?” is a reasonable question, and one worth knowing before you broadcast your global variables or GET strings into general search text.
